Cracked Font

1. On a new, blank white canvas, use the Type Tool and click on your canvas. Start typing out whatever word you want to crack up in whatever font (the thicker the font is, the better). For mine, I used the font Impact.
2. Layer >> Rasterize >> Type to make your Text Layer into a workable Layer.
3. With your Lasso Tool , scribble on the word a little bit (but not too much) like so: Unclick your lasso tool and get this selection: 4. Select the Move Tool and with your keyboard's arrows, move the selection around a little bit. After moving my selection two pixels to the left and 1 pixel down, here's what I got: 5. Repeat Steps #3 and #4. Alternate between Lasso Tool and Polygonal Lasso Tool also. Here's how mine turned out: Enjoy your font! Here's how I enjoyed mine.
